With heavy hearts, we announce that the Kiama Jazz & Blues Festival will press pause for 2026. After months of exploring every possible option, a combination of financial pressures, venue capacity issues, and ongoing delays with Kiama Council development approvals has made it impossible to deliver the Festival to the standard our community deserves.

This decision has not been made lightly. We are deeply grateful to the musicians, venues, businesses, volunteers and audiences who have supported us for nearly four decades.
This is a pause - not an ending. Our focus now turns to 2027, the Festival’s 40th anniversary, where we aim to return stronger, more stable, and with the creative spark Kiama knows and loves.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We look forward to bringing the music back to Kiama in 2027.
